Show!
Very cool STEM Museum in a beautiful historic building. Entrance fee is only R$15 and it's located very close to the famous Municipal Market of São Paulo. Highly recommend checking it out with kids.
Amazing place for the kids and adults, Nice price, bathrooms clean
It is so far one of the fewer museum I've been wich mix scient, math, engineering, plants and animals studies, human been body, Universe, history, and so much more in one beautiful and unique building. And I dont even mention about how much fun and creative it is! My niece and I had one of the amazing day of our lives and I owned it to Catavento museum. We had spent 4 hours and half there doing inside/ outside activities and we didn't finish all the tour. It is worth it. Indeed. Congratulations to all these staffs and members. You nailed it. Xx
A great place for the whole family, specially the kids! Just check before going because some attractions require entrance passes and those are limited per day.
It's a very interesting place where you will learn in a very interactive way .
Really cool place to take the family
Fascinating. The many interactive displays were thoroughly enjoyed by the children, and my autistic grandson remained engaged the whole time and did not want to leave.
Great museum for people who like science and history
An oasis por kids to explore science in a very interactive and fun way. Safe parking lot available. Went already twice and will go agian
It is a wonderful experience, especially for kids, but everyone will enjoy the trip. Too bad some experiences were broken and some dates have already gone, but are still written.

A big museum in central São Paulo. The entrance here is cheap, and children/students pay half of the price (student document needed). It has many interactive and educational pieces, and children will like the last part of the museum most. Overall, very much worth visiting.
Amazing architecture and you can do many activities for children's and for adults
A really nice museum, with rich and interactive attractions, showing funny and interesting science in a way kids can relate to it. It was a bit crowded on Sunday afternoon, but this is expected right? Maybe choosing another time might improve your experience. But give it a try!
Lots of interactive sciente experiments. Perfect place to take children. Very educative
Great place to visit with kids and entire family
Good place for kids. Many scientific things.
This is an awesome place to visit with kids. Lots of space outside the museum proper, so even if you don't have much time to spen in the museum it is worth a visit. One tip - this place, like most similar attractions in the city - doesn't open on Mondays. So make sure you plan your trip, especially if travelling with kids.

Amazing scientific and cultural learning center! For whole family!
Amazing museum whether you speak Portuguese or not lots of interactive things to do and see. A little disappointing that some of it needs extra tickets which can fill up otherwise it's always worth the trip. If you can't read Portuguese it does take a whole day.
Such a fun place. Wee found it by pure chance and enjoyed it a lot. Constant interactivity with the exhibitions make it fun for kids and adults. We all enjoyed it and highly recommend it. Only a few minutes walk from the Municipal market it is a great combination for a day out.
The museum is very nice! Ut has lots of attractions and my 7 year old daughter lived it. We arrived there in the middle of the afternoon and had only 2 hours inside. It was not enough, we are going to go back another time so we can spend more time inside. The only problem was that it was full of visitors and some (of course not the museums fault) of the visitors were rude, didn’t respect the lines, or also the attractions, and because of bad use they were broken. We knowthat this is not the museums fault. Hoping to go back soon and hopefully it won’t be too crowded! The building is very beautiful!
Cool things to see
Excellent option to take your kids to learn more about science. The ticket is very affordable, the museum is, very interesting for the kids with a lot of interactive exhibits.
love it. learning can be made VERY fun!! kids love it. adults too!
Great space full of experience. Strongly recommended to kids
World class museum with great exhibitions. While it is unfortunately all in Portugese, it is still a very worthwhile visit!
Very nice place to any age. The museum is beatiful, interactive and very big. Prepare yourself to lern science in a fun way.
Wonderful for kids.. simple but beauty
Great interactive science stuff for kids. Reminiscent of SF Exploratorium.
Great place to go with your kids! Close to "Mercadão"
One of the best places to spend one day with kids. Well planed and maintained the activities allows visitors to better understand physics and other natural sciences.
Cool place to visit. It's basically a science museum with lots of interactive experiments exposed. Great for kids, especially those around 10 years old, I think younger kids may not fully understand the experiments
Very educational! There are activities for all ages and price is very accessible to everyone. They give out tickets for specific activities at 9 and at 1pm, so plan tk arrive at these times so you book at least one activity. But the rest of the museum is amazing enough! Went with a 6 and a 3 year old and both loved it. (The food at their coffee shop is dreadful!)
Best museum in São Paulo... great for all family, very interactive.
Great museum! A must see in São Paulo plus it has a free day once a week and it wasn't too busy when we visited.
That’s a fantastic place to learn science! Children certainly will love it. It has many different environments, going from biology and evolution to physics and mathematics! Awesome! They have some classes and presentation for the visitors. I highly recommend those seminars, they are interactive and interesting opportunities to learn a little bit of daily science!!
Terrific science museum. Arrive on time because I think you need at least 3 hours to appreciate it fully
It's pretty safe and cheap. 10/10 No problems at all. Kids will love it!
A good plan to go with the family and distract the children! Recommended for those who like science.
Great place to have fun with science!
Amazing Science Museum, with a lot of fun experiences. The only turndown is that a lot of explanations are not translated.
Wonderful experience. A "must go " for all ages, specially recommended for curious minds.
Great place to learn about science.
Is a great museum and place to know about science. There are some events that you need to get a special ticket (included in the price for entrance), but you need to take a big row to get that. The place is near to the Municipal Market so you can do both tour in the same day, living your car parked at Catavento.
Historical place This former town hall of São Paulo city is awesome by itself. Its construction started on 1911 and finished on 1924. Since 2007, it has become a permanent science fair, where visitors can interact with electrical and optical experiments, physics, biology, and transportation machinery. The visit really worth.
One of the most interesting places in São Paulo, to visit with kids (approximately from age 4) in a beautiful ancient palace - the former City Hall. The space is divided in scenarios: the universe, the Earth and its nature, beginning of life, human body, physical phenomenology, light, electricity and so on... Educative and funny not just for children!
