Expérience fantastique: I'm not a techy at all, but I thoroughly enjoyed seeing how this company shaped Eindhoven into the city it is today, and how it has contributed to The Netherlands overall.

Expérience fantastique: Bowser: *laughs evilly* Mario: "Nice of the princess to invite us over for a picnic, eh, Luigi? Luigi: "I hope she made lots of spaghetti! Mario: "Luigi! Look! *picks up note found on gate* It's from Bowser. *begins reading note* Dear, Pesky Plumbers The Koopalings and I have taken over the Mushroom Kingdom. The princess is now a permanent guest at one of my 7 Koopa Hotels. I dare you to find her if you can! Mario: "We got to find the princess! Luigi: *points at player* "And YOU got to help us! Mario: *talking to player* "If you need instructions on how to get through the Hotels, please check out the Enclosed Instruction Book. Mario: Looks kind of peaceful. Luigi: Looks are deceiving when Koopas are involved. M: Uh-oh! Ow! Ooh. (Coughs.) Where am I? M: Hey, Princess! Princess: Oh! L: How are we going to find the Princess with the power going out? M: Maybe there's a switch in one of the rooms. Remind me to check. M: Uh-huh. Here's the problem: too many toasters! You know what they say, "All toasters toast toast!" M: That ought to do it. P: Oh! M: Where'd she go? Gee, it—it—it's kind of dark. L: Did you bring a light? M: *slightly stutters* No. L: Well, maybe a Koopa will lend us his! If we *stutters* persuade *stops stuttering* him. P: Mario! M: Get ready to catch her. L: She's not coming down! M: She's up there! It's hard to see through those clouds. I hope we can get rid of 'em. Get the hint? M: Hey, you! Get off of my cloud! It's been one of those days. Come on, Luigi. We ain't afraid of no Koopas. L: Woah! M: Hurry! M: Spooky! Where's the Princess? L: Over there! Look! Wendy's Hotel. M: Be careful! When you pinch Wendy's pennies, they pinch back. M: That wasn't so hard. Was it? P: Boys! B: (laughs) L: That's that creepy Bowser's laugh. M: Look! This is it, Luigi. Remember, where there's smoke... L: There's fire!

Expérience fantastique: A great museum telling the story of the Philips' history and the company's influence on Eindhoven. Even though, it sometimes feels more like advertisement of the company, it is a great experience, nonetheless. And as a foreigner, I appreciate ALL texts are translated into English.

Expérience fantastique: If you want to know why Eindhoven is called "city of Philips" then you need to visit this museum. I recommend doing it when you arrive in the city as then it is easier to spot that several companies in a region were part of Philips earlier.

Expérience fantastique: Was really insightful to learn about history of Philips and its breakthrough milestones. The museum features an activity for kids so that they have a goal throughout the journey. Both nostalgic and high-tech interactive experiences!

Expérience fantastique: I really enjoyed this museum. The layout and pieces that you got to see inside were well worth the price. I would recommend this place if you want to find out about the past of the Philips company and if you want to see some old technology. They also have audio guides which give a lot more information about the things that are found in the museum.

Expérience fantastique: Super interesting! It presents all the info you would ever want to know about Philips and more in an easy-to-follow, engaging format.

Expérience fantastique: If you have any relationship with Eindhoven or are curious about the major force that shaped it in the last century, then you should visit this museum. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of recognition and nostalgia. For example, they had the exact type of television we used to have at home. Also some PSV history ( which I am less interested in ), some interactive exhibits and a very nice exhibit about the marketing posters of the past.

Expérience fantastique: It was such an amazing experience to visit it! To see the full story of the bulb and his birth. On the ground floor you can see how it developed from the first gas bulb till our modern led lights. And you can as well have a conversation with a robot :D . On the first floor instead you can visit some interesting areas where you get in contact with Philips technologies. The price to enter the museum was quite high, but it deserved all the money

Expérience fantastique: nice and interesting museum at Eindhoven downtown, I highly recommend it for everyone who likes culture and technology, its cashless museum and previously be prepared, 11 euros for 1 and 30 minutes, worth every penny you put for.

Expérience fantastique: I really love everything about this museum. Small museum of two floors though so informative that you will feel too involved to skip anything. VR glasses experience was good. Also loved all the range of products that Philips developed over time. You could see for example first product they had designed in the past. You can also get a free audio tour where it explains mostly everything. There is a short film as well at one of the sections. You can hear the history and work experience of few ex Philip employees. I was very lucky to also catch a lecture at 2pm about radio invention which was hell interesting. Applauds for organizing this and explaining the technical details of radio and how the radio frequency worked back in those days. They had a cute cafe near the enterance where if you order a coffee then you get a cookie with Philips shield imprinted on it. Which is such a great cool idea! Also, the bulb is used as a flower vase on the cafe tables which is so creative. LED lights looking like a candle were also fun to see. Thanks to the entire team who organises and maintains this museum. I find the whole experience worth my visit and could happily recommend anyone to visit ❤️

Expérience fantastique: In addition to its great exhibitions and collections, I gave 5 stars for this museum because of the service by its staffs. They are super friendly from the start, from the beginning we came and scanned our tickets. They explained us everything about the museum, offered us the torch for the kid to have fun with its hide and seek symbol game. A free glass of lemonade for the kid is also a nice service for them kid. I was wondering why this museum is not on the kids-proof museum list Also, The exhibitions are really interactive, but I suggest they add more to make it more ‘philips’! Overall really recommended for you who wants to know how philips was invented and used for many activities around the world!

Expérience fantastique: The museum nicely captures the history and the evolution of Philips from Day 1. It also offers a nice timeline of growth of the city of Eindhoven. There are also some interactive booths on IoT and human anatomy which are pretty cool. There is also a small section of the original Philips factory preserved that provides a feel of early 19th century. As a ex-Philips employee, it felt great to visit.

Expérience fantastique: It is a really good albeit small museum with interesting information about the history of Philips and it's importance to Eindhoven. Would've like more images and maybe some more archival films but a good way to spend a few hours. Very interesting how intricately the organization is linked to this beautiful city. The personnel are amazingly awesome also, very friendly and helpful.

Expérience fantastique: Interesting and interactive exhibition. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaks English. You'd be amazed by all inventions you never heard before, ideas created way before Apple, but didn't go into production due costs. Well worth going. You'll spend there around an hour.

Expérience fantastique: A really cool place and interesting for almost anyone, even non-tech geeks. The staff were friendly and there are lockers for your bag and an area for your coat which was a helpful touch. The museum is decent in length and covers a lot of stuff, from lighting to medical devices, and future technology too. I had no idea Phillips was involved with so many different things. I wish there was more video or audio content, but it was more than worth the price of admission and easy to recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Lovely museum detailing the history of Philips. We spent 1.5 hours here including a demonstration showing how the first light bulbs were manufactured in the factory. It cost 9 euros for admission.
