Expérience fantastique: Amazing museum! Well worth the price. I might have been lucky but I didn’t book a ticket and could buy one within 10 minutes of my arrival. The place is gigantic and there is so much to see. Definitely need at least 2 hours to check it all out. There is a caffe inside and you can also buy some food. I guess It really lacked the opportunity to grab a beverage other than coffee or juice inside and sit in the garden. That would make it a lot more enjoyable. There is a student and senior discount, remember to bring IDs for this.

Expérience fantastique: So much to see! I went on their free Uniqlo Friday nights, and the vibes are really nice, with the live DJ and bar. The architecture of everything is also stunning. There's so much to see there that I'll definitely need to go visit more often to really take it all in!

Expérience fantastique: I absolutely adored this museum and would visit again. Seeing Starry Night was surreal and it is so detailed and beautiful in person. Many artworks to see here. Matisse. Warhol. Rousseau. The rooms are so easy to navigate and creatively set out to ensure you don’t miss anything. The outdoor terrace and garden area is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city too.

Expérience fantastique: Wonderful Museum. They have some of the most famous impressionist paintings on display along with a lot of more contemporary art. The exhibits here are very diverse, you can easily spend hours wandering through the different rooms. Visited on Weekend Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $21–30 … More

Expérience fantastique: Big museum you could easily spend a day. I certainly like the top floor themes best. As it progressed it got more modern and contemporary which isn't the art I like. Ocerally great price and must visit. So many rare pieces are housed here which I didn't know like Salvador Dali, Monet and Van Gogh!

Expérience fantastique: Located in a beautiful building in Manhattan this museum has some of the best pieces of modern art. I was a student at the time when I visited and I am glad that I had my student card on me to get a discount. As many other museums I usually pay attention to resting areas such as restrooms!, cafe and seating areas for this one I give them a 5 star. although the cafe and seating area was busy but I managed!

Expérience fantastique: The MOMA only ever gets better with time. Glad to see that it became more inclusive and shows more than just Western artists and famous ones at that. I'm a big fan of the reorganization of all the galleries but the most popular piece in is gallery 502.

Expérience fantastique: Great museum. The floor plan is a bit poorly designed. The artwork is not distributed well. Some floors have a lot of artwork and some are scarce. The toilet is clean and plentiful. There are a lot of seats throughout the museum. The outdoor space is also nice. Overall it's a good museum but there are a few things that can be improved for a better experience of visitors.

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful museum! A must see when in New York. There is an extensive but very well curated art selection - from paintings and sculptures to multi-media. They have pieces by great artists such us Van Gogh, Matisse and Pollock. The space is stunning and has a very nice layout so it doesn’t seem crowded. Also as a student you get a discount so don’t forget your student ID!

Expérience fantastique: I enjoy museums every time I travel and this one wasn't the exception of course, the staff was friendly enough and everything was properly labeled. There was a rude lady who yelled at me but you find these everywhere. I wish there was more Andy Warhols too.

Expérience fantastique: One of my favorite spots in NYC. This museum is a good place to renew your creativity and get inspiration for new things in life. You can find a lot of art pieces with different concepts. Be ready to walk a lot in his 5 floors and open your mind to see incredible pieces and maybe others pieces that will not. Modern art always bring to us new interesting exhibitions.

Expérience positive: I had wanted to visit for so long and when I finally did, I was not disappointed! So many amazing and ground breaking pieces all beautifully displayed. I stayed for hours and will definitely go back. The museum store is also great - so many gift ideas and things you'll want to bring home.

Expérience fantastique: I don't really think there's enough that can be said about MoMA. The museum curated and appeals to so many different styles of art disciplines that one could spend several hours over several days and still feel like there was more to discover and experience. This was my first time visiting and to be honest every time I'm in New York it'll be a stop just to experience what new and exciting features they have to offer. If your in the city and you appreciate art, definitely worth a visit.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent exhibits, can spend all day covering wide range! Go back again and again to enjoy new exhibits periodically. Pics were taken in Aug'21. They had extensive Picasso exhibits in addition to many by post impressionist artists. If interested it offers free admission on specific days need to check online. Took almost an hour standing outside in lines on a rainy busy day even after purchasing tickets in advance. Perhaps the rain made everyone shelter in the museum???

Expérience fantastique: A must-visit when in New York, you can’t leave the city without paying a visit to the MoMA. There’s so much to see: my recommendation is to start on the top floor and make your way downstairs through the exhibits. The gift shop is a special treat at the very end of the visit: here you can find extraordinary presents for family and friends.

Expérience fantastique: I had time before my Ferry and needed something to help me relax after a stressful Dr appointment. MoMa was perfect. Unfortunately due to an injury I was only able to get through about the 3 rooms before I needed to rest, but the exhibits I did experience were absolutely perfect for how I was feeling. They had an activity that required me to get a photo of myself and do self-examination (mentally), it was quite interesting and medicinal. I definitely recommend taking the time to visit, even if you only pick a few exhibits that interest you. Best $20/$25 I had spent in a while.

Expérience fantastique: Had an incredible time, saw some of my all time favorite art pieces. The MoMa store is awesome. Prepare to be amazed. The staff was a bit inattentive and physical guides are appreciated as everyone is not tech savvy. Overall great experience. You need a good 4-5 hours to see every floor and take time to really enjoy the exhibits.

Expérience fantastique: As always this is a great venue. We went specifically to see the Matisse Red Studio exhibit and it was excellent. The renovated courtyard and cafe were also an added plus to our visit. We recommend the museum and this exhibit highly and give it five clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

Expérience fantastique: The Museum of modern art really makes you look at many things in a different way. Some of the pieces were very outlandish and thought provoking, while others were mundane yet done in such a way that makes you rethink your own realities. Although many can enjoy the classic art mediums like paint and photography, i did also enjoy the different sculptures and the architecture of the museum itself. Was it weird? Yes. Intriguing? Yes. Will I be going again? Definitely yes.

Expérience fantastique: The first Friday of the month is free for local New Yorkers to visit but you need to book the tickets in advance. Also they have free pen and paper and even chairs for visitors to participate drawing. The terrace cafe was pretty good. In the evening they have DJ music and open bar in the garden. It was very chill and fun. I love the activities and interaction that they offered. I like this museum better than Guggenheim.

Expérience fantastique: An essential Manhattan destination. The recent renovations made it brighter. Supreme people watching. Temporary exhibitions tend to tell good stories. The greatest hits feel worn but provide a measure of comfort upon repeated viewing. One of the few trusted escapes out of midtown. Superb backdrop for catching up with friends. Perhaps too gramable for its own good.

Expérience fantastique: A very well presented art museum. The works of so many immortalized artists from across time and the world are made available here to the public. The self-guided audio tour (available on your phone via a URL or scanned QR codes) is SO helpful. Navigation could be improved (between artworks and the layout on the webpages). Floor5 and Floor4 are your highlights. Easily you could spend 2.5 hours on just those two floors. Two cafes exist, as well as two gift shops. Toilets are very clean and accessible. Water fountains could be improved; the water pressure was low and you had to get close to the spout to consume water.

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful museum with a full collection of amazing artist. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Starry Night. It's the only reason I actually wanted to go. Most modern art is interesting but to see such a historical and significant piece is such an experience. If you want to see starry night, it's on the fifth floor. It's great, if you like modern art, the rest of the museum is also great.

Expérience fantastique: Came here on a Saturday for my birthday weekend and had a great time! The museum is so spacious that even on a busy day, you have your own space to move around and admire the artwork. You don't realize how many exhibits there are from the outside! I absolutely loved being able to see Starry Night in person! Definitely one of the most anticipated paintings in there, so expect to wait a few minutes before seeing it up close and taking a photo!

Expérience fantastique: I must see if you're visiting New York on a rainy day. You can spend a good three or four hours here looking at the history of modern art and its progression. There are a lot of significant pieces here that change the history of modern Art. The building itself is a piece of art.

Expérience fantastique: Visiting the MoMA is an incredible experience. You may enjoy this museum at your own speed, be it fast (approx 2 hours) or much longer depending on how much time you have. I highly recommend to purchase the tickets online even if you are literally in front of the museum. It saves you the waiting line to purchase them inside. There are some beautiful pieces of Picasso, Van Gough, Pollock and many more to see.

Expérience fantastique: I always enjoy museum visits and definitely wanted to check out the Matisse and Monet collections. Since I couldn’t spend as much time as I wanted here, I did a speed through of all floors except one and spoke with friendly attendants during the visit that helped me navigate. I recommend buying your tickets online and just having the email to scan in. I avoided the lines this way on a Friday for an afternoon visit. Also, bonus points for clean restrooms!

Expérience fantastique: Great museum with great collections of modern art. The Starry Night of Van Gogh is one of the most famous art works here, and there are lots of post-impression art works from 19th century to modern arts. There are always many exhibitions here as well, and all of them are usually included in the 25 USD ticket. For students, the price is 14 USD. A recommended museum that you can spend your whole day with great artworks!

Expérience fantastique: -There’s a just the right amount of security where there’s not too much where you feel overwhelmed and not to little to feel unsafe. -There are many worker helping everyone out to get to where they want to be. - The way you travel within each floor also seems endless full of art. -This is definitely the place you can keep going to and there’s always something new.

Expérience fantastique: It's a surprisingly quiet museum. Went on a Saturday afternoon and none of the exhibits felt like it was packed with people. Also, I think the art is rather more thought provoking and less of a shock of the senses. It's quiet but contemplative. So I think it's not appealing for people that are looking for Instagram moments. But really great for people that are looking for a chance to ponder about a piece of work.

Expérience fantastique: My new favorite art museum. There’s about 6 levels and over 400+ rooms of art here — from sculptures, paintings, to multi-media. I loved the versatility of projects and exhibits. They’re were all veneers present too. It was just an amazing experience. They have cafes (but no food/water are allowed in the museum), a bar, and stores. The whole establishment is so clean and tidy. We spent about 2hrs and didn’t even see everything. It’s easily a 4hrs adventure if you have to time to spare. I left inspired and refreshed. It was $25/per person and there is security.

Expérience fantastique: It was a pretty cool museum. They've 5 floors with several exhibitions on each one, so it can take a lot of time to walk through the entire museum, so be sure to visit with time ( or choose what floors you'd like to see on the maps on-site). There are tons of interesting artwork from a lot of different artists, from sculptures to paintings. There's also a floor with famous paintings from well known artists such as Van Gogh ( here you can find the Starry Night), Klimt, O'Keeffe, Magritte, Pollock, Warhol, Monet and plenty of others, which I found particularly amazing. The museum store is also pretty cool, they've a lot of books and art themed souvenirs.

Expérience fantastique: One of the finest collections of art and above all in one place. It needs one full day to experience the art displayed here. All covid protocols are strictly followed and proof of double vaccination is required to enter the museum.

Expérience fantastique: One of my favorite NYC museums and the recent expansion has provided more natural light, more views of the neighborhood and an entire other wing to showcase their impressive collection. More than just a museum with famous paintings, MoMA is more of a cultural timeline via art, and now seems to encompass film, sound, multimedia throughout, giving each gallery a lively feel.
