Expérience fantastique: When we visit the Museum with the Meet Madrid group, it is always entertaining and the person in charge makes a very complete guided tour. We know many things about Africa

Expérience positive: A museum that is worth visiting, although it is small, it is interesting. Its interior project is similar to anthropological museums touching all the branches of that interesting culture and continent. Your visit is guided only and must be scheduled on the website.

Expérience fantastique: I was curious to know this museum and the truth has been interesting and surprising. It belongs to the Cambodian Missionaries. The visit is guided, it is convenient to call and reserve. The day I saw him, the group was small and Miguel Angel was explaining the African culture to us through the different religions, paintings, sculptures, ornaments, toys, masks, jewelry, etc... he showed us videos watching and listening to the instruments musicals. It is worth knowing and the visit is free. There is a store where you can buy African handicrafts. At Christmas they exhibit Nativity Scenes of the World.

Expérience fantastique: It is a little-known museum in Madrid. The visit is guided and free. It shows us the culture of some African peoples, such as the Karimoyon of Uganda, the Ndebele of South Africa and other peoples of the Congo and Ethiopia. It has a good collection of African masks. The visits are very pleasant. The visit is complemented by a documentary about Africa. At Christmas time they will put on an exhibition of nativity scenes from around the world. It currently has an exhibition of African art, In the heart of the Congo, very interesting. Compliance with all protocols by Covid.

Expérience fantastique: It is the best experience I have ever had. We were in a group, we booked by phone. They gave us an hour-long guided tour of the museum, then we watched a half-hour documentary or so and later we saw a photography exhibition they had from an NGO and finally they showed us the chapel. It's fantastic. Visits are free on weekdays for groups. You can also go on Sundays at 11:30 to the guided tour for everyone, also free. They have a small solidarity shop with pilseras, rings, books, etc. made in Africa and the proceeds go to the African people. Our guide was called Blanca, a wonderful person. He explained everything super well, very nice and with a lot of patience. You can tell that he likes his job and that he has love for Africa. The best guide I've ever had, and I travel a lot. All the museum workers are super nice, they teach you everything and are a delight. For me, one of the best experiences. I fall short in compliments to this museum and its workers, especially with Blanca. I encourage you all to go because it is wonderful. They make you fall in love with Africa.
