It is a real privilege to have this Museum in Asturias. Both the exterior of the building and the interior hide authentic treasures and wonders. They have temporary and permanent exhibitions. Asturian history through artistic representations, Roman remains, contemporary art... and also free admission. You can not pass by without entering
3 beautiful buildings with an exhibition of interesting paintings. Very comfortable to visit. We were surprised that it is free. I recommend the works of Sorolla, the wonderful Christ of Zurbarán and the Lazarillo of Luis Menéndez Pidal
Nice place to visit some good art but some not my taste .
Museum with wonderful works of art! I was delighted and surprised, because most museums in Europe are paid and this one is free, organized, beautiful! Congratulations Oviedo!!!
Nice museum, free entrance
It's ana amazing museum with quite a lot of varieties of art styles. Go on a free entry day and take some time!
We were spending the day in Oviedo and it was free so we decided to go in and see it. I recommend it, there are very interesting paintings if you like to go to museums.
Museum covering a wide period of Spanish art. There is bound to be something for you! The architectural mixtures of the museum are appreciable as well as the temporary exhibition space. And it's free so why not go there?
Very beautiful museum of fine arts with free admission, the building is very nice and inside there are some beautiful works, I saw it residu because I don't understand these things and finally they end up boring me. A pity that there is no access for cars to the garden or to the rest room, it is very comfortable there. For the art rooms, there is an elevator.
#VALUE!
Free museum in excellent condition. Beautiful art collections. The museum is very large and has many rooms, so I recommend going well rested if you plan to see everything.
Exceptional architecture that combines the modern with the ancient. A truly remarkable collection for a small town like Oviedo but above all, free entry! It is truly the first time in my life that I have seen masterpieces of art without paying an entrance.
Master Patxi Mangado's building. A brilliant work of architecture with an incredible transparency of light entering the building. The skylights are from an architectural genius. The display of facades on the side street is a work of art in itself. About the highly recommended works: Dalí, Picasso, Miró, Oteiza among many others and with a very friendly and relaxed tour. Mandatory visit if you go to Oviedo.

Exceptional Museum of Fine Arts. Gratuitous. Very interesting collection. I had already visited it. This last time I did it with a guide from Ser Asturianu and it's worth it (I recommend his guided tour of Asturian Painting). Highly recommended. I will be back.
If you are in oviedo and you have time ensure you visit this place. Nice paintings and free of charge. Also friendly assistance for showing the ideal route through the museum
A must if you go to Asturias, I hadn't been there for a long time, I hadn't seen the extension and the truth is that it turned out very well and now you can visit the garden. Free museum with great works, worth seeing.
This is one of the many art galleries in Spain that I visit and it really blows my mind when I enter it. It is so large that there are three whole buildings, so many beautiful exhibits, and thousands of pieces. It makes me feel like visiting here. As in the Prado Museum, it is truly a paradise of art and the quality of the exhibits is incredible. There are works by master painters such as greco rubens Murillo Goya. As a Chinese, if you come to Oyeevedo, you must not miss this place. In my heart, I think it can be my favorite museum after the Prado Museum and it is free! ! ! ! I think a careful visit here may take a few hours lol I was in the Prado Museum for twelve hours

Incredible collection, very recomendable! The buildings where the collection is presented are amazing and the last renovation of Francisco Mangado delicious! Please do not hesitate visiting the museum as the entrance is free!
A nice museum with some amazing paintings! A great place to visit to appreciate art. Highly recommend!
Fantastic place! Found a Zabaleta here
One of my favorite place to go when i was in Oviedo for my semester exchange. Marvelous Museum, beautiful collection and peaceful environment. There are not much visitors on weekdays and who doesn’t love a museum being all by themselves
Fantastic regional fine arts museum. The thing that makes this museum so fascinating is that it not only presents works of regional artists through the ages but that the presentation environment fits the arts works going from old gorgeous inner courtyards to a modern construction. I would recommend starting on the back entrance and working your way forward in time first crossing through the two old palaces before coming to the modern part.
Beautiful museum and very good painters
Great museum. A building made up of several historical locations combined in a modern setup. Plenty of costumbristic works among Goya and El Greco paintings.
An excellent cultural experience set in a great building.
fantastisch
Beautiful museum, it is free of charge and way bigger than it seems from the outside! Featuring art dating centuries backwards in time, but also a very healthy amount of "newer" art (which I personally prefer).
The museum should be on everyone’s must visit list. The collection of 20th and 21st century Asturian artists is unsurpassed. I wish we had had hours more to spend there. 6 stars!
Very nice collection, if you start with modern art be sure not to miss old masters.
The museum has grown so much since the last time I visited! A really nice collection. A visit is about 2 hours.
Great museum which is free to the public.
Amazing. Great master pieces and free!
Very nice collections and very nice idea the complex of buildings
Very well situated, both the temporary and permanent collections where very nice; the building has two parts (the older one like an old noble house and the new one that is an ampliation) and they are both worth seeing
I highly recommend this museum. The building itself is really well designed in terms of natural light. The exhibition is very impressive with something to appreciate for everybody.
#FREE A luxury to have this museum in Oviedo. I recommend visiting it entering through the Palacio Velarde, so you will see the works of art from the oldest to the most modern, leaving through the renovated building.
Very impressive museum with famous paintings including El Greco, Picasso, Dali, Miro.
Great museum, very clean and modern. I was told it was small so I only planned for an hour or so. Turns out, it was bigger and I had to rush to see all of the different pieces. One can easily get lost in this museum for hours (I actually did get lost as the layout is like a maze). Plan accordingly. Best of all, no crowds and it’s free!
Wonderful paintings and very well organized content. Security was nice and elevators are available.
Make sure you explore all the sections of this amazing art gallery. Where else can you see Dalí, Picasso, Miro... with no crowds. Art from 15th Century to present- and it’s FREE entry! Don’t miss it!
A beautiful and engaging art museum.
Fantastic place to visit when you're visiting this town.
Do not miss this wonderful museum!
really a lot bigger and more important museum that we expected some great pieces
