#VALUE!
Our visit was because of the Canaletto exhibition but we enjoyed the rest of the displays and the cafe. Worcester should be proud of this museum.

Was a great place for local history about Worcestershire and the regiment history only small but very enjoyable will visit there again for sure.
Nice small museum to look around well laid out with a mix of stuff, found by accident and was pleasantly surprised, I bought a cool broach made by a local crafts person
Have visited a few times now. A Victorian building, lovely architecturally, completely unspoilt. Warm and friendly and some really good exhibitions for all, adults, families, children. Little Al's Cafe, The Balcony is superb too, best Mocha and biiiig toasted tea cakes with butter ever., great food and drink and menu. Picked up the Art Gallery and Museum's booklet showing future events and exhibitions and have already earmarked 3 to attend this year, at least. A must, firm favourite for a city trip visit.
Had s glorious time with my two grandkids here. The trail for £1 with a prize for completion kept the 5 and 7 year old happy for a couple of hours whilst taking in the contents of the museum.
History of Worcester was detailed with lots of interesting historic artefacts to see. Also impressed that the lady who restored the seagull, so impressively, was from Ipswich like me!!
Beautiful little treasure, right by the train station with food and drink near by. Cafe inside, tucked away- then have a walk around the history of the chemist (Tuesdays) and artifacts. Art gallery available to explore. Its not huge but perfect for little ones or a quick adventure.
This art gallery and museum is amazing, loads of interesting things to look at and read about. They had a Tolkien exhibition on their and it was amazing!!! They had props from the movies, 1st edition books, lego and loads of other art and other things!!
Really enjoyed the Magic of Middle Earth exhibition

Very good place to go especially when it's raining. So much interest Visited on Public holiday … More
Good for special exhibits but perhaps not the static permanent displays
Always worth a visit with different exhibitions on. The staff are so friendly and knowledge. Very clean and covid safe too so you feel reassured. Brilliant kids activities on during the holidays too.
Really love this small but so interesting museum of Worcester life. They often have exhibitions that visit the city always worth a look, nice friendly staff.
Amazing , history is in Worcester,we should never forget what this City has produced ,or what our brave Regiments have given
Enjoyed my visit to the Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum. Some art, some local history, some local culture, and lots of local military history. Current art exhibit Hokusai’s Great Wave is a well curated collection of Japanese art over time. Interesting historical collection about Worcester, too.
Lovely place to use, used balcony cafe, clean and tidy, staff in all sections friendly and helpful, visiting again soon
Nice to visit the museum again with a good portion of items donation by my family over the years.

Really enjoyed my visit, lots of exhibits to see. The Albatross & its size amazed me, even though I knew they were big, I didn't realise just how big!! Would have purchased a couple of souvenirs but the lady had trouble operating the very old till
A good place to visit to find out more about the history of Worcester. There are lots of different items in the museum from fossils to Worcestershire sauce memorabilia to a large area dedicated to the history of the local regiment. Some really interesting and sometimes bizarre items are there! In normal times there is a dedicated craft area where children can try out different arts and crafts activities. On this occasion I visited the Titanic exhibition with a friend (well worth going for an hour) but in the past we have especially enjoyed the exhibitions more aimed at children.
Upstars was the Titanic display, it had original artifacts donated by families of thoes who lost their lives, in addition to some items from the film. There even had a short presentation showing how some rare unseen movie film of the Titanic was discovered including the footage. It was awe inspiring it is free but I would recommend that a donation would not be unfair. Highly recommended
Visited the titanic exhibition. An hour well spent. Great to see original props from the film. While there we visited the exhibition on Worcestershire regiment.
Really liked this place! First time going but will defiently re-visit at some point. Went the day of the 'Wheres Wally' Trail, nice free activity for the kids to enjoy. Very fond of Worcester, well worth a visit here if you end up in Worcester. Also, check out the Catherdral and The Tudor House.
A delightful local museum and gallery in a beautiful old building with a surprising range of special exhibitions during the year. A pleasant cafe on the first floor serves good tea and coffee at reasonable prices. Only a few hundred yards from the station and the main shops, it's worth a. hour of you time if galleries and museums are your sort of thing.
Lovely small museum including a giant sturgeon and a display about the local glove industry. Nice coffee and cake stop.
Brilliant museum and it's free ()I went Saturday 20th for a star wars toy display it was brilliant and they had guys outside in storm trooper uniforms
This isn't the biggest art gallery or museum, but it has a unique identity and charm with some exhibitions I really appreciate every so often. And the gift shop has the best birthday and event cards in Worcester. Also, the balcony cafe is really good.
Set aside a good part of the day to look at this place. Start with coffee and cake, then look at all the wonderful exhibits. Now have lunch! Was so sorry the Gallery was closed for a new exhibition to be hung, shame as I would have enjoyed seeing it. The food is delicious and very well priced. Further to another review, yes, you can park in the Coral Bingo hall carpark, but there is NO machine to pay and you have to have the payjockey app on your phone or access to the internet to pay, was a nightmare! Would advise parking elsewhere. I did stand in the snow and did download the app but it didn't work! Rang my son and he did it via the internet. Definitely worth a visit to this great museum.
Had wonderful day here. Play area for small children. There new Lost Landscapes exhibition is great. Love the interactive panel and mammoth
Small place in a beautiful building. Very interesting and informative exhibitions. Especially about the local area. Seating through out the exhibitions. Didn't try out the cafe but it was busy so should be a good sign.
