Small but nice, different subjects.

Cozy museum on the nicest street in Voorburg, the Herenstraat. The museum is tiny and quite simple. Nice to combine with a walk on the Herenstraat or along the Vliet. It is also possible to extend the visit with a visit to Museum Huygens' Hofwijck, about 500 meters away. I found Princess Marianne's room and her life story special.

Museum that tells the history of Voorburg and also has an eye for local artists. Nicely divided over various areas. Well entertained for an hour and a half.

Small but nice museum. Nice variety in the exhibits. We opted for the audio guide and that really adds something in my opinion. Regular price, in my opinion, is a bit on the high side (certainly compared to a visit to Huygens' Hofwijck, which also costs €6 and where we spent much more time). Combi ticket would (again) be a nice option.

Museum with local artists and local history.

My icon exhibition will be there in December. Now there are paintings by Sierk Schroder on display. Very nice

Nice little museum in Voorburg.

Small, hidden Voorburg gem, this nice local museum. It is mainly run by volunteers. But the changing exhibitions of mostly local artists are worth seeing. And, it can be combined with a visit to the Hofwijck Huygens museum, 600 meters away. The presence of terraces and restaurants in variable price ranges makes a visit to Voorburg complete.
