Toured the place
Tourist highlight - Various museums are located on the banks of the Main. Especially when the weather is nice and at the weekend, many people meet here to jog, stroll and relax. The Eiserner Steg offers a great view of the city and the Museumsufer.
Just as conjunct as snoopy
Always beautiful and culinary varied
Great location
Very nice promenade even in winter
Very nice the mixture of nature and big city
For us, the Museumsufer is the cultural "pearl chain" of the city of Frankfurt am Main. 26 museums are lined up here. Among other things, the Giersch Museum, the Communication Museum, the Film Museum, the Icon Museum, the Architecture Museum, the Städel Museum and so on. It is always a nice experience to visit the Museumsufer. No matter what time of year. A special highlight is the Museumsuferfest.
Not just when the weather is nice.
Totally beautiful, especially on sunny days. love
Super nice
Lots of museums on the banks of the Main. Closed in a pandemic. But in safe times, I highly recommend it.
Great get away with good views of the skyline. There are also many museums.
The view from the museum bank is very impressive. Also good for a walk. In the evening you can see the illuminated buildings all the better.
Beautiful place to take a walk and at night the buildings are illuminated, the view of the skyline is wonderful and it is also one of the most beautiful museums in Frankfurt.
Great place to go for a walk, have a coffee or just enjoy the sun! All the museums are worth a visit not only because of the exhibition, but also because of their architectural properties. If you don't want to walk the bank, you can rent an e-scooter.
A really nice bank and great museums too. A must for every visit to Frankfurt.
Beautiful in summer.
Great area with many fantastic museums
Slightly lost and did not find the place itself, but found a candy store)
An absolute must is the Frankfurt Museum Festival. The museums and their main topics can be grasped much more intensively, workshops included!!!
Located on the Main, nice view of Frankfurt's skyline.
Great promenade especially in hot weather
Muito bonito
Beautiful promenade ⛵ many museums a lot of tourists ♀️️
The museums are lined up like pearls on a string at Schaumainkai in Frankfurt am Main: To name just a few: the University's Giersch Museum with interesting special exhibitions, like all museums here, the Liebighaus with wonderful sculptures and its beautiful café, the Städel with its world-famous treasures of paintings, graphics and sculptures, the Museum for Communication, the Film Museum, the German Architecture Museum, the Museum of Applied Art ... 35 Frankfurt museums - or some of them - can be seen on one or two Experience days in 2020 with the Museum Shore Ticket for € 21, disabled / reduced € 12, family / couples € 32 (€ 16 per person). This is even cheaper than admission to only one of the museums on certain days! And tempts foreigners to treat themselves to two days of cultural enjoyment in Frankfurt! My photos show insights and views of the Uferweg and museums.
Wonderful view where you can do Tür yourself without the need for any company
Magnificently developed waterfront promenade that invites you to stroll, walk, jog and more ... And the view of the skyline is magnificent day and night.
Great time at Sunday...
one of the most beautiful festivals in Frankfurt..
Very nice museum. There are many free parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Be careful because one site is mostly limited to residents.
The Museumsufer is and was in the seventies in the summer very popular. To stroll, sunbathe, the great view and then in the evening over to Sachsenhausen Eppler drink
Directly at the restaurant St. Peter is located at the parade ground in the vicinity of the Zeugnauskellers. The public restaurant also serves as a canteen for some banks in Zurich, which is also the reason why an interesting mix of guests to be found here and why are different prices in the courts.
Always beautiful
The Place To Be.
Great location. Especially in summer. :)
A bunch of cool places on the Frankfurt embankment, all the coolest is concentrated here + a gorgeous view of the skyscrapers and a bunch of bridges across the Main. Be sure to look here, especially since from here you will have access to all the roads to any sights of the city)
Great place to walk along the Main
Top pppp
A number of Frankfurt's museums are located here on the southern banks of the Main. The Museumsuferfest is organized here every year on the last weekend of August. During this weekend, all museums in Frankfurt, including those elsewhere in the city, are accessible with a ticket. This weekend there is also an extensive street party around the Main and the Museumsufer over a length of maybe 2 to 3 kilometers. There are plenty of catering establishments, there are performances by various pop and rock groups and folkloric groups from distant countries.
